Right & Left-Handed Instructions

1. Step 1 – With groove facing you, insert yarn in top slit.
2. Step 2 – Turn sideways and wrap the yarn around the tool twice.
3. Step 3 – Cross over the loop to make an "X" and hold it in place with finger.
4. Step 4 – With hook pointed down, insert into groove under first loop.
5. Step 5 – Grab the second loop.
6. Step 6 – Pull under & twist onto the hook.
7. Step 7 – Reach over loop and hook yarn.
8. Step 8 – Pull through the loop on the hook.
9. Step 9 – Tighten and hold loop on the hook with index finger.
10. Step 10 – Now start single stitching around the circle/loop. Insert hook under loop.
11. Step 11 – Grab the working yarn (yarn over).
12. Step 12 – Pull yarn under loop and onto the hook.
13. Step 13 – With two loops on the hook, reach over top and grab working yarn.
14. Step 14 – Pull yarn through both loops on the hook.
15. Step 15 – Keep this on hook.
16. Step 16 – Repeat single stitches. Put hook under the loop and grab the working yarn.
17. Step 17 – With 2 loops on hook reach over, grab yarn.
18. Step 18 – Reach over loop and yarn over (grab yarn).
19. Step 19 – Pull through both loops on the hook.
20. Step 20 – When the right amount of single stitches are complete, pull a long loop.
21. Step 21 – Attach stitch marker to first stitch - it looks like a "V".
22. Step 22 – Gently remove it from the tool while holding last loop securely.
23. Step 23 – Hold loop securely and pull tail to close the magic circle.
